great stay near the mtr

dining options metro station clean room

the hotel is connected to a series of mallswith many dining options. it was very easy to get around the city since the metro station was right there. i found my room spacious and it was always very clean.

The first room i was given had an unbearable smell. I think the carpet caused it. i was moved to another room but i still had a headache afterwards because of the air quality.

Fantastic Hotel with Great Amenities!

dining options excellent amenities clean room

I found the location very convenient, especially its proximity to the TKO MTR station. The mall connected to the hotel provided excellent dining options, I ate at several restaurants there! The room was very clean and well-stocked with all necessary amenities. I really loved relaxing by the pool.

I thought the air had a slight odor. I was told it was due to the area and air purifiers were used everywhere.

The room included a comfortable king-size bed and a great city view from the high floor. The space allowed for easy movement, and the décor. I found the air conditioning system worked very effectively.

The staff extended my checkout due to the typhoon. The guest welcome team offered assistance, I thought that was a plus. The housekeeping staff was efficient and attentive. They restocked everything that I used.

reasonable stay with some issues

subway system friendly doormen extra fee parking limit

the hotel is close to the subway system. it is very easy to get around. being connected to a mall makes it easy to shop and grab a bite. the staff is helpful the doormen were friendly.

i had business lunch with friends in the chinese restaurant. the manager accused us of exceeding the parking limit. he reluctantly signed off the extra hour fee but threatened no more exceptions next time.
